CONTACTING LIVING KOOL

CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSE TIME

Due to very high demand all inquiries submitted will be answered in the order that they are received.

THE PROCESS FOR RECEIVING A RECIPE

Once an order is place:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

The order is reviewed and automatically approved (unless the order requires an additional review).
An order confirmation email is issued.
A separate email will be issued containing the recipe links.

**The download links will not expire, but in some cases due to application & system updates the links will appear as unavailable or broken. Please download all files immediately, LIVING KOOL will not re-issue downloads after 30 days of purchase as of March 30, 2020**

If you do not receive the order confirmation email please check all spam folders, junk folders, and archive folders.

Also, check the email addresses associated with the payment method used to process the order (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).

If you are still unable to locate your email confirmation, fill out the Contact Us form.

Please include your Name, Email Address, and Order number.

Issues with downloading the recipes

(If you have ordered multiple recipes, they will need to be downloaded individually from the digital product link(s). You may also receive separate emails containing the digital product links)

We recommend using GOOGLE CHROME to download the recipes
Recipes are issued in PDF or PNG format

Iphone directions for SAFARI are listed below

Go to the Download link & tap on Download Now
A blank web page will appear with the PDF logo
Tap the "square & arrow" icon on the bottom of your Iphone screen (Located between the forward arrow button & new window button)
Tap on Save to Files
A new screen will appear, tap the Add button
Tap the home button
Open the Files app to view the recipe

Please attempt to download the recipes on a an alternate mobile device, desktop, or laptop computer.

If the issue still persists, please fill out the Contact Us form. Please include your Name, Email Address, and Order Number.

LIVING KOOL only provides support to orders issued from this website. If you purchased recipes from another website we encourage you to reach out to the email address provided in the original order confirmation.

Duplicate Orders

Please fill out the Contact Us form regarding any orders containing duplicate items. A coupon code will be issued for all duplicate orders placed.

Refund Policy

LIVING KOOL Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS for any digital products/downloads at the LIVING KOOL store.

**Please download all recipes immediately, LIVING KOOL will not re-issue downloads after 30 days of purchase**

DISCLAIMER: $1 Recipes are NOT physical food items.

*As of 07/01/2020 LIVING KOOL will not refund any digital products/downloads that were mistaken as physical food items under any circumstance*

We do not offer or promote shipping of any physical food items on this website.

(The Private Chef page, Catering page, and Meal Prep page are for submitting requests of services and do not require any payment information)

There are NO REFUNDS for apparel.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Living Kool does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
